Manual Lymph Drainage Massage – 1 hr

Manual Lymph Draining is a specialised light pumping type action massage which aids in the movement and drainage of sluggish lymph trapped in the body. Typically found in the lower legs (Swollen feet and ankles) and swollen fingers and hands.

A relaxing massage. Full body includes arms, legs and back only. I can also customise treatment and focus on any of the above areas only (eg – back massage)

African Runga Massage – 1 hr

A massage (deep tissue or relaxing) using a special designed wooden stick, The treatment is diverse and is specific for your need.

Rehabilitation Treatment – 1 hr

Reflexology – 1 hr

Reflexology is a unique therapeutic method of using the thumbs and fingers on reflexes found on the feet area to assist in relieving stress and promoting good health.
